Default Wire harness help needed

Had to change engine wire harness due to squirrel problems. Can't figure out where some plugs connect. Also one connector has different color wires on each end if I un plug it puts it in limp mode if I connect it i get an engine light in dash. Any help will be greatly appreciated

It would help if you had a picture of the entire engine so that we can see where these connectors are located under the hood.

The plugs in question are all along the firewall. The 2 prong plugs are exactly alike on opposite sides , the red 4 prong female plug is in about a 6" pigtail from main harness on the right(passenger) side.

The four pin connector may be for the fuel rail pressure sensor, If you give me the wire colors I can confirm. Is it possibly the throttle position monitor connector?

The throttle position sensor is already plugged in, this plug is not long enough to get to the tps

My manual is for a 2007 and I do not (so far) see a match. I looked under the hood on my 2007 4.6L and did not see a connector like the one in the photo.

Lets confirm wire colors
Red with yellow stripe
Gray with White stripe
Light Blue with Orange stripe
Black with white stripe
I will continue to see if I can find a match. Maybe the connector was changed in 2008 vs my 2007. Looks line slots instead of pins.
