Color Codes match "Charge Motion Control Valve" Connector Number C1442 as shown on page 150-82 of my 2007 manual.
Connector diagram shows this to be, passenger side, towards center of engine on back of engine.
Looks like it is going to be difficult to access.

Tyvm you are correct that plug is the charge motion change valve plug. That's the good news, the bad news is the housing the plug plugs into is still in the original harness. Looks as if I am taking the intake manifold off and replacing valve

2 Pin Connector looks like is has two wires
Yellow with light green stripe
Grey with red stripe
If these colors are correct then this is the connector for the Cylinder Head Temperature Sensor. Color Codes match "Cylinder Head Temperature Sensor" Connector Number C107 as shown on page 150-1 of my 2007 manual.
Connector diagram (page 151-9) shows this to be, passenger side, towards center of engine on back of engine.
Looks like it is going to be difficult to access.

So indebted to you Jimboy. I believe when I remove the intake access will be much better. I can't thank you enough for your help

You are welcome.
Rats and mice are a PITA. I have at times actually installed traps under the hood, yes they worked.

Snap traps? I have had critters under my hood eating the oak helicopter seeds. Not sure what they are.

Yes, Sanp Traps. For the rat traps I drill a small hole in one corner and attach an anchor wire to prevent the rats from dragging the trap away. Stay away from battery cables.
