After I install add a leafs in the back of my 09 f150?

probably not. but im sure a goodyear or somewhere else near has a free alignment check. make sure to look at the caster / camber specs before and after when you go.

yeah it can go either way. i do probably 10 alignments a week so i am familiar with them. and if you havent had one done before it is always a good idea to have it checked every 6 months or so. especially if the roads in your city are crap like here in corpus christi.

An alignment should be done after any suspension changes, front or rear.

The rear wheels determine which direction the vehicle goes, the front wheels steer the vehicle. Even if there is no adjustments on the rear, any changes in the rear can effect what the front do. If there was an alignment done 2months ago, take it back and have them check to make sure everythings within spec's.
An alignment is cheaper than 2 front tires.

yeah there are rear adjustments you can do with solid axles . most shops would probably not present that to people though because it can take a lot of work and most people would not do one for you.
