Default Rough idle and stalling

Alright so I've been fighting my truck for a couple weeks now, out of no where when its fully warmed up it'll idle rough and stall out, but it'll run down the highway beautifully, I went ahead changed the oil, cleaned the air filter and MAF, tried a different throttle body, changed the VCT solenoids tonight and nothing helped so now I'm stumped. I changed the plugs and coils less than 10,000 miles ago. If anyone has any other ideas it would be greatly appreciated!

It would help to know the year model and mileage of your truck.

I'm waiting with bated breath for the solution to this issue. I just posted what might be a similar problem.

I believe you need to have a look at the post I wrote up a few days ago.
