Default Rear diff gasket

I went with a lube locker and changed out my rear diff fluid. On the side of the diff that faces the front of the truck, there is a hole that looks like the bolt should've threaded from the back and went through to fill that hole. I'm watching it like a hawk to make sure nothing is leaking. It looks like it's getting moist after a drive. I can see the gasket from hole so I'm wondering if I need to put RTV in that hole. The bolts aren't long enough to go from the front to the back so wondering if that's normal. I'm thinking no as I type this up. It only seemed to get moist after a drive so guessing that the warm fluid is the only way it's getting through.

I can see threads so maybe I'll try to get a longer bolt.

Odd though

When you install the new bolt, clean the threaded hole with some brake cleaner and then wipe some RTV on the bolt threads.

I'm going to stuff it with paper towels for now lol

I'll RTF it or bolt it up this week but that's a weird hole.

Trying to find the bolt size online
