It doesn't have one.

The ring is generic, it's just an antenna.

The pats transceiver should be a ring around the ignition. Pull column shroud to confirm, but your issue doesn’t sound like a pats issue. Do you have a theft light Illuminated on the dash?

Default No theft light

No there is no theft light and the odometer is dead as well. I'm thinking possibly the pcm. Engine was changed in the truck and started and ran perfectly after swap pulled it out of the shop and two days later this problem showed up.

If the engine cranks and starts, you do NOT have a PATS problem. PATS will prevent the starter from operating if it is not happy.

Default No crank no start

Using the key which started truck after engine change when switched to on or run positions maintenance , check engine, and brake lights come on that's it. The theft light nor the odometer either one come on and when switched to start there is nothing . The engine with only start when manually triggering the pcm relay and then the start relay. It will then start and run at idle only.

It's still does not appear to be a PATS problem - PATS will also disable the injectors.

Have you scanned the PCM and cluster for faults?

If the PCM Power Relay is not properly energizing and supplying power to its loads, perhaps you should start there.
