No i have not swapped clusters but I have after farther tests replaced the theft light which was in fact bad. Same issue persists only now the theft light blinks steadily approximately every 2 seconds regardless of key position. Does the pcm circuit run through the cluster before powering the pcm relay?
Everyone wants around 150 to start diagnosis on the truck but I've located a VIXDIAG VCM ford and Mazda diagnostics scanner with laptop and updates up to current for under 400 bucks. I'm thinking of either buying it or a complete titled cab with all electronics and harnesses I've located for 400. Tired of trying to interpret diagrams. Lol any suggestions?

Yea read up on them and think I'll pass. I'd rather not go through replacing everything just to solve what's probably a simple problem I've no problem replacing the pcm just hate to and that not be the issue.
Sounds to me like its a power feed problem. Suggest focusing on the immediate and most significant symptom of the PCM power relay not operating first. That's a simple fuse -> switch -> diode -> relay -> ground circuit to energize the relay plus the supply power for the switched contacts.

Power exiting ignition switch as it should pcm fuse and all others have been removed and checked and are good grounds are good only thing I haven't found is the diode and can't locate it?
after some further checking today I have power to terminal 1 of pcm relay always as it should, checked wire to fuse block from switch which energizes pcm relay and it is functioning as it should but am reading voltage at actual relay connector at all times to switched terminal and no ground at ground terminal of relay socket. That is if I'm reading the layout of the relay properly in the ford shop manual. It says male but doesn't say if viewed looking at top of relay or as if you have it held with terminals facing you. If the later is the case I've got positive voltage on the ground terminal.
