Default O2 sensor code

I have a 2010 F150 Xl and it's at 172K and I average about 2-4k miles a month. I bought the truck 2 years ago exactly and have since added 70k.

This is my first vehicle I've personally bought and I need advice on what repairs I should do...

As of today I now have the codes p0161 and p0161 "pd" it has a weird symbol next to it, I know it's my rear O2 sensor but does that mean I need to start looking at replacing my cats, I have the welding experience to do this myself I just don't know if there is an easier way or a cheaper way for me to get it fixed. Finally, If I replace my cats, as well as my o2 sensor, should I replace anything else while I'm down there?

May be just a poor connection to the downstream O2 sensor or the sensor itself. I'd check that and replace the sensor if necessary.

I didn't watch this through, but it might be helpful.
