Check engine light on. Misfire on 4 & 8. replace sparks and coils. Still has misfire on 4. Picked up oil pressure sensor, emissions valve and will be replacing both. Truck is riding rough since i changed the sparks and coils. Also when in idle at light or stop sign, RPM drops to 0 and truck shuts off. Any opinions?

Move the coil on 4 to 3 and see if the miss fire moves.

 

I moved it to 2 and it said the same thing. Should I still try to switch to 3?

 

No if the miss moved it’s a bad coil.

 

even though it is brand new?

 

Is it a ford or aftermarket? Move it again. Yes it can be bad. I’m no expert but if you move it and the miss follows it is most likely bad.
