Default Help with codes

I have an 04 f150 4x4 4.6 showing trouble codes p0506, p0622, and p1000. It is performance tuned with the 93 octane setting and the only light showing on my dash is the battery light in which I replaced my battery a few weeks ago. Can anyone tell me what I can do to fix the problems causing these codes with out effecting my performance tune? Please let me know if you need anymore information. 👍

P1000 indicates a drive cycle is not complete..when you replaced your battery..it may have reset your programer...did the battery light go away after the battery was replaced ?

No it still shows up. It isn't constant, it comes in and goes away.. At the same time the the voltage meter does not change.

Start the truck and see if you have 13.5 volts at the battery. If not, it could be the alternator control module or the alternator or both.

It's a brand new battery.

The new battery is only one part of electrical system function.Testing voltage at the battery is only a convenient test spot for the entire charging system.
If you are not familiar with auto electrical systems, I recommend you take your truck to a shop for testing. Many parts of the system can be easily damaged by incorrect testing Good luck.
