Default F150 pulling

I have an 2004 and recently had it aligned and when I let go of the steering wheel it pulls to the right but if I hold it straight it goes straight. Any ideas as to why it's pulling. Also most bumps sounds like something is loose and I've shook everything and nothing seems loose all new struts, tie rods new upper control arms new ball joints.

It's difficult to recreate suspension rattles even if you put it up on jack stands. You just can't get those moments of "weightlessness" that occur when you're rattling down the road.

I second tech's suggestion. Something's not right if it started pulling after the alignment.

There are only a few things that will cause your truck to drift while driving straight and not on the brakes... low tire/dragging brake caliper/alignment... you just replaced all your front suspension parts...need a good alignment or something came loose.

it was pulling before the alignment I'm pretty sure the place uses old alignment tools I don't know if I should have them redo or take it to ford although idk if they'd do a lifted truck

Did you change the inner tie rod? Or just outer? Maybe an issue with the steering rack or inner rod? I have a similar issue. But I did the alignment myself . Id try a different shop. One with computers and lasers and such .

Swap the front tires from side to side, it will either start pulling the other way or stop pulling completely. Very common issue and it don't necessarily mean a bad tire just what is known as a radial pull, not sure what causes it but I've seen it a lot over the years as an alignment tech.
