Default engine shots off while driving

I have 2013 Ford f 150 4X4 5 l engine
Engine shut off while i was driving. Able to put it in neutral and restarts every time. Last few times if it shut off i tried to push gas but didn't accelerate but few seconds later it started on its own.
One time I just parked it and was idling for a few minutes and engine just shut off on its own.
Does anyone have any suggestions how I could solve this problem.
Thanks

Not sure about Fords but I had the same problem with my Jeep. It turned out to be the Crank Position Sensor.

I had a similar issue but mine was also having issues staying at idle. it would dip below 500 RPM and shut off. dealership changed out several parts and it still happened. a $5 can of TB cleaner ended up fixing the issue.

Fuse 27 and TSB 15-0137. Fuse relocation kit available from Ford dealers including Ford dealers on E-Bay. Sounds like a good possibility to me. This is turning into preventive maintenance on these vehicles since Ford doesn't care to alert owners. But they do have the cheap Motorcraft relocation kit available. The 5.0 may be the most affected engine. Look into this melting fuse (fuel pump) before chasing after new parts.....

Sorry about my bed spelling.
English is not my first language but being hunter I have to use extended clip for more shots.
Anyways my problem still exists. Ford dealership diagnosed my problem as fuel pump.
Code P025A and P0627 fuel pump control fault.
They said that they have to relocate fuse #27 first and if that doesn’t solve the problem they will replace the pump. Cost for fuse $338 and pump $925
I declined their service and did first fuse relocation which didn’t solve the problem.
Next I installed new fuel pump module. That didn’t fix the problem. Next was pump.
Drove truck for a couple of hours and than same problem again. When truck is cold it runs for about 30 min and than SHUTS off and can’t restart it till it cools off. It starts but shuts off few seconds later. It does different things every time .Yesterday I started it and it ran for two hours without shutting off. Today I drove it 2 km and it died on me while driving it. Parked it and came 3 hours later to pick it up. Started ok and ran it for 3 hours and wouldn’t shut off.
I never get engine light on or any codes that my OBD code reader can detect.
Not sure how Ford got theirs but they could have been there from before than I started having these problems. In the forum there was suggestion about changing crank position sensor, mass air flow sensor, ECM, purge valve, clean throttle body.
Not sure which one I should do first?
I always thought that any faulty sensor would give you a code and engine light would come on?
