Weevil - thanks ordered one for my wife’s mdx and dog loves it. Very easy to vacuum clean too as you noted. I will be ordering one next for my f150.

The 4Knines Crew Cab Cover is specially designed to fit F-series Crew Cab trucks. This innovative cover allows for the full function of your rear seat while keeping the cover in place. There is nothing else on the market like it right now! Please take a look and let us know if you have any questions. We hope to earn your business!

I have the 4knines cover in my truck now. Your cover levitates all over the place until it pulls the straps between the cushions out with the back windows open. I had to bungee cord it down after I was reassured prior to ordering it stays in place with windows open as delivered, it did not. My dog also cannot get comfortable on the rough material and pants and can’t sit still without a blanket down as I found out on the first long vacation trip.

I did call shortly after purchase and a family vacation where we learned the dog did not like the material and was told I was past the 30 day refund window as far as my dog being very uncomfortable on the material and the fact any speed over 25 with the back windows down the cover blows all over the place. The tube fasteners that go in between the upper and lower seat cushion do not stay in place with windows down. Very disappointing since I called prior to ordering and spoke you about concern of the cover staying in place with windows down and my F150 application, I was assured you cover stays in place. Within the 30 day refund period my dog was only in the truck for short periods of time local trips, I wasn't aware the cover wouldn't work out within 30 days.

Your company offered a replacement if memory serves from 4 years ago and me calling in, that would have solved nothing, what would an identical cover fitment/material do any differently?
It was very frustrating to spend the $90, order # 1847, and be left with a product that didn't stay in place and my dog dislikes.
I have the cover held in place with bungee cords under the seats and blankets on top of your cover, not very efficient.

The XL 4Knines seat cover you purchased in 2015 is a very different cover than our new feature-packed Crew Cab Cover. With its deep seat pockets and features specially designed for F-series trucks, we are confident the Crew Cab Cover will be a great solution for your truck. However, our covers are constructed of waterproof, heavy-duty materials, so if you are looking for a soft, plush cover, this cover may not be the best option for your dog.

4Knines absolutely stand behind all seat covers with a no-hassle Lifetime Warranty (replacement option for defective covers), but as you mentioned, refunds must be requested within 30-days of purchase. We would love to re-earn your business and hope you will email us directly at support@4knines.com for a special offer. We want you to be happy with your 4Knines experience!

All the best,

If you stood behind your product you would have made it right when I called in with my concerns in a reasonable time frame after I purchased. You only offered sending me a replacement same cover that would not resolve the poor fit of the cover you sold me or my dog not liking the material. I must not have been the only one if you redesigned specifically for the F-150. Sounds like your aware what you sold me wasn’t one size fits all based on designing a specific application for this truck.

Not it sure how that falls into 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
