The seats physically will fit. But my XLT is already wired to accept higher trim features. However, in an XL, from my research you’ll need to add power and ground to move them. As far as getting heated/cooled to work that’s a whole other involved process bc the hvac features of the seats are controlled by another separate module (DSM I believe) attached to the seat and wired to the BCM which your truck certainly is not equipped with.

Also, if you source different gen seats (15-17 vs 18-20) the passenger seat occupancy sensor will need to be swapped as the truck will not accept the input from the other sensor nor can it be reprogrammed to accept it. So if you have a 2019 aim for sourcing 18-20 seats to avoid having to swap that out.

Center console will swap just fine.

Honestly, the console and cooled seats are the things I want most. If the worst case scenario is I run separate switches, that won't be the worst, but I'd prefer to have all the factory stuff work, where and when possible.
