Really..? I thought that was a good savings. I have been out of the Ford loop for awhile while I went with its cousin Range Rover lol. It use to be XPlan was great, then it was invoice, now people are getting below invoice?? What should someone expect on a 15' Platinum with the 16's right around the corner?

Man WHY did I click on this thread????!!! I'm currently going through the internal battle of ordering (sitting here currently emailing 2 different dealers), and wondering if I need to just go down the road and grab the 15 off the lot that is (almost) identical to what I am ordering (Lariat Sport FX4 502A). Only differences are it's missing power running boards and has 20in wheels, which I can live with, and it's a 3.5 instead of a 2.7, which I'm a little more hesitant on

There's one here that is $63k or so MSRP, listed for $48k since it hit 500 miles.

I thought about it over lunch, I'd pull the trigger on the 15 and use some of the money saved on goodies. Bedliner, Wheels, Tires Level Kit, Etc,... Sync 3.0 just aint worth all that and more. But that's just me. Either way its win win since you're getting an F150.

Yea, you are all right, I am going to give them a take it or leave it price of 47k for a 61.5k MSRP. If they don't take it, just go somewhere else. Reinvest those savings into a lift I was going to get anyways

It's a good deal. You can probably squeeze a little more.

Yeah. It's a good deal. And you can squeeze more.

But if you drive it home thinking, "CRAP! I wish I had Sync 3!" then it's not worth it.

11k off MSRP on a Platinum isn't a really good deal. 12 or 13 is.

Just a few months ago you couldn't get close to this much off. Seems the posters in here are the ones that has the $10K+ rebates in certain rare parts of the country.

$11K off your Platinum would be less than what I paid for my Lariat. Crazy the deals some of you get. Out here it's as if all the dealers are in cahoots and just won't even come close.
