Default Wiper problems

Hi I got a 2016 Ford F-150 . Wipers started slowing down last week now they are stopped completely I sprayed the linkage I can pull them across and back with my hand but they still stop anyone else encounter this issue

I would pull the cowling and see if anything is loose at the motor and linkage.

Here are some pics when I pulled the cowling to fix the wind noise issue. very easy to do.

I removed linkage and discovered passenger side is seized solid . Will look tomorrow for linkage . Anyone have any idea on cost I can’t seem to find one online. I’m going to call a used auto parts shop tomorrow and see
