Thank you.

25% then on the front windows may be ok then. Not too dark, but enough to make a difference.

20% on fronts to match factory rear and 5% windshield drop. PA, not legal but its how I have all my vehicles tinted because it looks best.

Not necessarily. I did a lot of reading about this and while some states will give you a pass if it's legal in your state, they don't have to. They can give you a "fix it ticket" and force you to change it and bring it to them for their inspection. Considering I did stick to only 50% on the front sides I'm just hoping it won't be a problem and if I'm stopped I'll put both front windows down and see if I can pull it off.

I saw varying opinions on it. What cops should do and what they actually do can vary sometimes. They shouldn't be trying to enforce window tint laws on out of state vehicles, and if they are there's probably another reason they stopped you. If it happened to me, I'd see if there was some way to contest it rather than pay. Some states will allow you to contest a traffic ticket by mail. If your tint level is reasonable and you roll your windows down at any stops, the chance of getting a ticket are probably very small anyway. I've been driving 40 years, driven across the country multiple times, always had tint on my windows (dark but not blacked out), and never had it questioned once, so it's not something I would worry much about.

I have 5% on the rear glass and 15% on the front 2....but for some reason, the fronts have a slight shade of green that is very noticeable to the eye since the rears are dark black. I forget what brand of tint it is, but I know it's ceramic. Anyone else have an issue like this with tint? I'm probably going to have it redone.

Anyone had issues with auto wipers not working and I also have a transponder for sunpass (tollroad) that seems to not pickup. My front windshield has 70% ceramic and a 20% strip across the top
Thanks

I had my fronts done to match the rear and it definitely is a bit harder to see at night. I'm used to it now but the first week or so was an adjustment.

The shop used some sort of generic ceramic tint and it has been on there for over a year with no issues.

Thanks for the information. I still hope to get this done at some point this year.
