That makes sense since there is no disconnect. Turning the same direction? If so, the TC is powering the front diff, or both IWEs locked in. If opposite, one IWE could be locked. My money is on the TC powering it.

Looks like from my video of the front half drive shaft it’s turning clockwise

So half axles turn counterclockwise with the wheels and the half drive shaft moves clockwise

No no, the front diff is an open gear set. Think of the rear axle, when you lift both wheels off the ground, and rotate one, the one on the other side rotates opposite. What I'm trying to show, with both halfshafts turning the same direction, they are being driven by the TC, or both IWEs locked in. With one IWE locked in, one halfshaft would turn one way, and the other opposite. Or at least I believe so.
I'm still thinking you're fine except for the vibes, that may not even be related to the 4X4 system. Take a watch at that video, it will explain better than me about the clutch in the TC.

So it looks like on the video in 2WD those half axles do rotate due to the fluid in the TC moving around. Which makes sense because they did not seem to rotate at the same pace as the wheels did. So that actually seems normal. So I found a really long write up from @VTX1800N1 thatv I’m going to use to just double check the vacuum system. So then my vibes could possibly be from the rear end clutch packs bc the feeling in getting is in the front end but the noise SEEMS to be coming from the rear. Very interesting

Exactly. Could you post a link to that thread you mentioned? Want to read thru it myself. Good luck at the dealer, and please post what happens.

Just got the truck back from dealer, TSB was out to replace every IWE component. Didn’t even touch the rear diff, problem solved!
