Why can't I get my radio or any audio to turn on?

Add me to the list. 2016 Supercrew XL 2.5L Sport 4x4 with 2600 miles. Bought September 5th. Built in February. Was running errands in neighborhood with wife. Engine cut-off automatically and I put in park but screen immediately turned off, which I thought was weird. When I turned engine back on, screen remained off. Back-up camera, radio, bluetooth - nothing worked. Drove home and tried to do the reboots mentioned online but black screen was completely unresponsive. Left off in driveway for about an hour, went back and still didn't work. Woke up this AM and turned on truck and it worked again. I have a long drive into the city each day so no audio is unacceptable. Starting the documentation process in case this turns into a lemon issue.
Have service appointment tomorrow at 4p to ask them to update ACM per SSM 45945 and hopefully install the Sirus update SSM 46016.
EDIT: Also wanted to mention: last week, my bluetooth froze after a call and could not access the screen until I disconnected and reconnected the phone. Further, sync has to re-download the phonebook every time I get in the car, which doesn't sound annoying unless you have to make a phone call right when you start the vehicle (which always seems to be the case with me) and want to use voice commands and are forced to wait 10-15 seconds until it downloads. Not a major gripe but if I can fix it, I would like it fixed.

Going to relook at paperwork again to see what they did and take back in. Also going to have them recheck the SSM signal issue. In GA, the lemon law gives you 3 attempts to remedy a defect. This is strike 2.

4/5/17: UPDATE - I supposedly had the SSM applied last November (supposedly meaning hard to tell from paperwork) but I've had 2 hiccups since. The most recent happened this AM - black screen upon entering my vehicle. Turned off engine, restarted. Nothing. Turned off engine, opened door (who knows - maybe it will work?) and tried again. Nothing.

SSM 45945 - 2016 F150, Mustang And Explorer - No Audio After Starting The Engine - Screen Displays Loading Or Audio Off Message - Built On Or Before 4/15/2016
Some 2016 F150, Mustang and Explorer vehicles equipped with a 3.5L GTDI, 2.3L GTDI or 2.7L GTDI engine built on or before 4/15/2016, and equipped with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) or Engine Sound Enhancement (ESE), may exhibit no audio and/or display an Audio Off or Loading message after starting the engine. Reprogram the Audio Control Module (ACM) to the latest calibration using IDS release 101.03 or higher.

Mine did it last week for the 3rd time in the last year, but it's not the "audio off" message from the SSM.
Mine is a screen off issue. The center console 4" radio screen doesn't even power on.

My dad has a March build Eco and it does it regularly. He had it serviced yesterday and I told him about the SSM. He said the dealer told him they "updated the computer". I looked and his sync version still says 1.0. For everyone updated what should the version and build be?

With the SSM for the Audio off issue it does not update the version of sync. Mine had the SSM done a few months ago, and I still have version 1.0. And I have had no issues since.

Mine was doing the same exact thing. Took it to dealer and they ran tests and had to replace APIM and GPS antenna. It has worked flawlessly since. Hope this helps you!!

They replaced my APIM and GPS antenna as well. Still didn't fix it.

The wife called me today and said she had the audio off screen. Told her to go ahead into the store and see if it works on the way home.
It worked.
