Default Wheel well liners: Husky vs. Factory?

So kind of a long story, but... I was in the process of buying a new '19 Platinum a few weeks back and had to literally walk out of the dealership in the middle of signing papers because the deal was not what was originally represented. But, while getting ready to buy that truck, I ordered a set of Husky Wheel Well Liners. A couple weeks later, I got a Platinum from another dealer. This one has the factory wheel well liners on it. My question is this (and I know it's probably a dumb one):

Do the Husky wheel well liners come down lower and offer more protection than the factory ones? I feel like the Husky ones looked like they covered the frame rails, while the factory ones do not. Should I return the Husky liners or should I remove the factory liners and install the Husky ones?

Last concern is that I'm going to add Firestone air bags to the rear. Are either one more difficult to modify to fit the bags?

Here is a picture of the Husky's they cover the frame rail. They're very tight to the frame, notice how how tightly it gets to the shock.

They're made of flexible plastic, it would be really easy to cut with a jigsaw or body saw and then sand it smooth. Based purely on memory, I'd say they were like an 1/8" thick.

I had to cut about a 6" loony notch 1" high for my Air-Lift 2000 bags in the stock ones. Not sure for Firestons.

I went with the Husky. Cover more than the factory. Mine took a few minutes to twist into place but fit perfect.

The Huskys do cover more but I still prefer the OEMs. I don't mind the frame not being completely covered and I prefer the shocks not being covered. But YMMV

I like the OEM look better as well. I like to see my shiny Bilstein shocks. I didn't have any clearance issues with airlift 2000 bags.

I bought the Husky's because I like the fact that they cover more. Plus, I got a great deal on them!

Huskys are pretty dang good. Some people complain about their fit, but if you fiddle with it for a little bit, they are actually real good. The mounting hardware is almost superfluous. Also, I had to take the ones from my long gone 18 and install them on my 19, and needed hardware. Called them up, Husky sent a complete hardware kit and instructions gratis. Granted, only a few screws and clips, but I thought that was outstanding.
