Default Wheel offset help

2015 f150 lariat fx4 with 20x9 and 275/55 stock. I do plan on a 6 inch lift in 7-8 months. I would like to do a RC leveling kit with fuel hostage 20x10s with a -12 offset will they fit? I do not want to buy wheels twice when i go to a new lift. Someone please help me i have read tons but not much on -12

You may have some rub but not much. I did a 6 inch lift with a 18x9 +18 offset and mine came half inch from rubbing at full lock at the crash bars with a 12.50 tire. Read up more on offsets n take plenty of measurements before buying it helps a lot. Mine is 2wd so I'm sure yours sits higher so it might not be too bad

You would need at least a 285 unless a tire shop is willing to stretch tires, which I would not recommend.

jeez... it really seems like doing a level is a waste of time after all my research. i should wait until tax time and do wheels tires and lift all at same time
