I installed the BuiltRight seat release kit and saw these which look like they should be pulled.....

What do they do? Ejector seat ???

Those balance your truck. If you don't have those your truck will lean to one side or the other.

A

Ejector seats for all models with the panoramic sunroof.

Lifeboat inflation cords for non-sunroof models....only pull the one on the side that is sinking.

Only issue I have, is both of our carseats have slack in the top tether when attached here. Guess it's better than nothing at all, but the tether clasp rattles on the glass.
