Default What is this cable?

Got a 2016 4x4 5.0L XLT with this cable in the center of the front bumper, just a covered plug that also says 10 amp 1200w. I tried running the part number (at least I think it is the part number) JL3T6B018BC and I can't find anything on here or Google. Any information would be appreciated, thanks.

I'm betting it was for some sort of aftermarket lighting like an LED bar or something of that nature.

EDIT* I believe I found it. It's an engine block heater cord.

I thought that too, except for the ford logo on the other side of the label and the bumper has factory holes for the zip tie style plastic pins to hold it.

Oh, guess that makes sense seeing how apparently this truck was made for sale only in Canada (with all the settings defaulting to not American when you pull the battery) and somehow made it down here

That is the block heater cord. If you remove the cap from the end in the bumper you will find a 120v plug.

It has a heating element in a coolant passage to warm the coolant and therefore the rest of the engine. Helps with cold starts and gets heat in the cab faster.

Yes many (if not all) Canadian trucks are spec'd to include the block heater from the factory.

Yes it's a block heater.
I just wanted to add that there was a recall for them possibly catching fire on occasion when plugged in. Make sure yours has been repaired before using it.
