Weird Code found on vehicle

Default Weird Code found on vehicle
so picked up an 15 F150 today. It looks like the vehicle originated in Canada, then made its way back to the states. I found this letter and number code stamped on all four windows, as well as all over plastic pieces under the hood. From on the washer fluid cap, plastic on top of headlights, and everything in between. I know vehicle went to a dealer auction after coming to states. Any idea what this could be. Customs? Vehicle disassembled and reassembled?

It is this dealers do it and try to charge new buyers a premium price and some insurance companies here offer a discount if this is done.

YUL864905 is the code. It's stamped on the lower part of all four windows and all over the plastic pieces under the hood

I can't find any resemblance to the VIN from this code.
