Got it figured out, when I was looking at the diagram I was looking at the wires on the sub side of the connector, the body side matches the diagram.

When you were hooking it up, does your amp turn off with the radio when you open the door? I tapped in to one of them and I have constant 12v from whichever one I went to. I can't remember specifically which pin I went to but it's definitely a constant and not switched.
