I had all of those options turned on in windows 10. I removed the .gr from all the files, i still get the same Error message packages not found....

I'm very certain that the file names themselves do not matter.

What you can do is make the file names easier,

APPS = APPS.gz
VOICE = VOICE.gz

So on and so forth. You would have to rename your files, and make the changes in your reformat.lst.

Once you are done take screen shots of everything and post them (by everything, I mean your file folder, the structure of your USB drive, your reformat.lst etc etc..)

I just noticed that your USB stick has a drive name. You need to do a quick format on it and erase the drive name (leave it blank).

Then put your files back on and try it.

Also I noticed that your reformat.lst has the icon of the notepad, this may mean that it has a .txt extension. Unless you told notepad to open those file types.

I gone use a new usb drive, how i do create reformat.Ist without text extension?

When you save it, change the file type to all files, type the name in with quotation marks like this "reformat.lst"

Does it seems right? It took over 40 minutes now and stuck on “Extracting Map Package” for last 30 minutes

Hello, I followed the steps and was able to successfully upgrade my 18 to 3.4. My question is, how can I use the NAV calibration files to calibrate my NAV? It’s off and laggy. Also, will I be able to update the sync 3.4 from my ford account? Thank you for a great tutorial
