Default Trans slips in drive from a stop!!!

I wonder if anyone else has this issue I find my truck slips a bit before it gets going from a stop however today I went to merge from the side of the road and it reved right out but stayed still it didn't sound very healthy... I have always loved my f150s not feeling so confident in my 15 Lariat though

Sounds like a torque converter problem to me.

Are you easing into the throttle or mashing it? Happen all the time? If not is it when the vehicle is cold or hot?
Hearing any strange noises?

Hey no leaks fluid is fine it happens with any amount of throttle input light medium heavy even parking . You can feel it slipping and it revs up and goes it's unreal like its a 90s Vw with 300k but it's a 5 month old 2015 with 4000 miles

And the other issues I've had is the fact it rattles and sounds like a piece of garbage at idle whether it's a cold start or not I thought it was the waste gate rattle which was a problem so I fixed that and nope still screwed . Doors rattle shake and bang over the smallest bumps in the road there is no adjustment left in these doors unless I were to trim off the striker remove 1/4" an Weld it back together which I'm not doing even though I have the ability.
