So, maybe I asked too early. I intentionally waited a couple of days. I assumed "in transit" meant on the move. Thanks Bob.

Mine sat in transit for almost 10 days before it got loaded!

I was not happy about it but what can you do. I called my dealer daily and man was he happy when I got it. LOL

Just call daily till you get it, then you can leave your dealer alone and wear out you phone.

Good luck!

Bob

I like this train tracking system, all automated, quick updates, I can check when I want to and best of all, my truck er train car is moving fast. Started May 4th, today in Superior, WI.

Train car arrived in Edmonton today probably off to the Dealer tomorrow. For reference, loaded on rail car May 4 in Detroit, arrived in Edmonton today, May 11th. Tracked the entire trip. Thankfully no hiccups

Anybody friendly enough with a Dealer Sales guy who is willing to pull my VVR up and get me a train car #? I'm having no luck getting it through my dealer - they won't even acknowledge that the info is available - they've pretty much stopped responding to my emails. We're supposed to take our new truck on a nice long vacation starting next week but right now COTUS is giving me a delivery of 5/22 - was 5/18 last week.

If anyone can help out let me know.

Thanks!

If only there was some other way to get a hold of your dealer...

Phone calls don't work either - believe me. Was just hoping somebody here has a more cooperative dealer.

Oh well - it's sit and wait - not a big deal anymore. I'm over being too frustrated.

Hey guys! My truck has been loaded on a Northfolk & Southern train in KC. When I call the Train Trace hotline, it says that it is for CSX. So far, it says that there isn't a status, but according to my Visibility Report, it was just loaded yesterday. Is there a separate phone number for N&S? Just starving for information. Thanks in advance!!

My 2012 F150 out of KC was Norfolk and Southern as well, touch trace worked fine for that one. My 2015 was Dearborn and was CN. Also worked fine. Give it a day, then try again.
