The only sensors I've seen that seem to pair up properly without issues are real Motorcraft TPMS-35 sensors. There seems to be a lot of issues with counterfeit or old sensors being sold as well.
Is there a difference between entering learning mode by using the brake/key method vs hazard lights method?
Sorry, I don't know what the hazard lights method is. I'm not actually a TPMS expert. What I know is from reading the posts here and reading my Workshop Manual.
UPDATE: Success! I tried activating the relearn function with the key instead of the flashers and it worked! Hopefully someone else can benefit from this experience. Thanks to all who contributed.
After all 4 wheel sensors shut down I took it to a shop to have them fixed all 4 sensors were active and being read by their device but not by the truck they attempted the relearn sequence several times and no dice any suggestions on what could possibly fix my issue ? Possibly a module or something went out ?

TPMS sensor signals are received by the RTM (Radio Transceiver Module). This signal can be effected by RFI. Have you added any aftermarket LED lighting or any other device that might generate RFI? It is commonly known that some aftermarket CHMSL units emit enough RFI to cause TPMS issues.
The RTM sends the TPMS sensor information to the BCM over a LIN. The BCM controls all functions of the TPMS and sends information to the Gateway Module or VCM (Vehicle Communications Module), depending on the Model Year of your truck, over the HS1-CAN bus. The Gateway or VCM then sends the information to the IPC over the HS3-CAN bus for display.
