Tow hook conversion

Yup, I found them and the slots are just flat against the frame and the same color. The bottom of the boot moves but the top of it seems to be pinched tight between the ring and the bumper. I think I am going to but a hole on the underside of the boot to get to the front bolt.

Ok they are on and they look like everyone else's except my hooks are painted white to match my truck. The factory ring boots were a bitch to remove and I had to cut them out. The second one was easier once I figured out how to do it. Also, there is a nut in the hole of the front bolt and it came loose and moved on me. I had to line it back up using a small screwdriver before putting the bolt back in.
