I think d-plan is in the middle. I read somewhere that a-plan was Ford employee's, d-plan was retired employees and x-plan was Ford stock holder or something like that. Are you an employee?

Actually, D-Plan is for dealership employees. It is close to the A/Z Plan pricing (A-Plan is for active Ford employees and their immediate family; Z-Plan is for retirees and their surviving spouses and immediate family). X plan is for sponsored buyers given by a Ford employee or retiree.

In terms of pricing, here is the least to most expensive:
A/Z Plan (same price, but they are tracked differently at Ford)
D Plan (a bit more than A/Z)
X Plan
Invoice
MSRP

The dealer put in another order with priority 20. Hope it's not too late to get something before the end of the year.
