Default Does FX4 have an effect on the ride

I tried to search this question but couldn't find an answer. I ordered a truck without FX4 thinking it might cause the truck to ride stiff. About 95% of my driving will be on paved roads. I had a f350 with FX4 and it seemed stiff but not sure if it was due to the FX4 or just being a f350. Since nothing has been built I should still be able to change my order. I know the skid plates won't make a difference just wondering about the shocks. I did order it with Max tow. So if anyone know how it will effect the ride please share what you know.

Thanks in advance.

The "off-road" shocks can be expected to impact the ride comfort on smooth roads somewhat, wouldn't matter to me as I'm used to much worse in a 3/4 ton.

But according to the F-150 configuration tool, you can't get the FX4 in combination with the Max. Tow anyways. Skid plates and different shocks can be added later of course but you'll never get Hill descent control.
