Default Tire size reprogram

I haven’t had to do this in a while, but I’m going to need to reprogram the tire size on my 2019 F-150. I have under 3,000 miles on my truck, but both back tires have holes in bad places that can’t be fixed. So I’m going to go ahead and upgrade to Michelin defender 275/65R18 from my stock 265/60R18 hankook dynapros. I have the OBDLink MX that I used to change the size on my 2015 F-150, but was wondering if an easier way has come up or if this is still the way to go.
Also, if anyone in the Collin County/North Dallas area could just do it for me tomorrow (so I don’t have to get the license and all that), let me know your price! 😁

Definitely don't mean this as jerky as it sounds, but I don't know how it can get any easier than changing it with ForScan. 🤷‍♂️ I mean, technically spending $70 or whatever it is at the dealer is easier since you're not doing it yourself lol

I'm in San Angelo, would definitely help you if I was closer.

Have they gotten the 18+ trucks figured out? When I have looked they were having trouble with throwing codes when changing tire size with forscan. I have Raptor take offs and would like to fix my speedometer but have not been able to find good instructions for the newer trucks. I have forscan one of the biggest reasons I got it.

It is figured out. I have programmed two 2018+ trucks now, my own included, with no issues. You must relearn the PCM I believe to get rid of the wrench light.

so It looks like I change the ABCD to 09AB for the tire size I plan to get (275/65R18).
what should I do after that? How do I relearn the PCM as mentioned above?

While in Forscan, go to the programming screen and run "PCM Module Initialization/relearn vehicle data". Do this after changing your tire size that you listed above. After doing both of these items, you should not have a wrench light.

I went from 18s to 20s and had no trouble updating through Forscan. Click on the wrench to run and update the PCM. The wrench light goes out after that.

Can you elaborate for me where the wrench to click on is - in Forscan?
