Tint
I'm going to be ordering a 2016 early next year, but I'm a big time planner so I've already started looking into shops to tint the windows (also looking into Line-X prices but that's a different thread). I've only ever had one other vehicle to tint in the past so I don't know a lot about it. I've talked to a few shops and one mentioned their "elite" tint which is ceramic and is supposed to block "up to 76% of outside heat."
Has anyone ever used ceramic and is it worth the extra money?
Also, the back windows are already pretty dark (I think I read something like 20%) so I was thinking I could get away with not tinting them, but if I go the ceramic route, should I tint the back too so I get the ceramic benefits all around? If so, should I go lighter (like 50%) or go dark to get greater benefits from the ceramic?
Like I said, I'm not real experienced with this other than the fact that I love the look (and benefits) of tint so any help is appreciated.

The only time I really notice heat coming in through the windows is when it's coming directly through my windows and beating down. That being said, it's not nearly as bad as riding in my wife's car since she refuses to tint the windows...
Ive had regular, metalized, and ceramic and can't tell any difference. I had a 1998 expedition for 17 years and put LLumar top of the line, metalized, will last for ever, lifetime warranty, blah, blah, blah on it new. I got my money's worth on that job. In those 17 years the tint shop had to replace my tint 4 times under warranty for free.

I've had 13 cars and tinted all of them. Just make sure the shop uses 3m film and has a lifetime warranty. Go with 20% all around and skip the ceramic nonsense. My oldest car just turned 17 years old and has the original tints, no fading or purple, just quality film. Again, 20% should match perfectly

I've had the 3 major types of tint, most recently ceramic llumar 20 percent on a 2015 Mustang. I didn't notice the slightest bit of difference. Only time I DID feel a difference is when I got the bill. I'd go regular, will be on my F150
sounds like you guys need to get better ceramic tint, Huper Optic, Photosync, 3m crystalline
