I have the sport. There’s quite a few threads regarding the exhaust, and most recently a good One that also addresses the resonator.

See here: https://www.f150forum.com/f118/corsa...ouring-454276/

In terms of dB vs sport......even though not marketed as such, I thought they’re technically the same, but the sport has the nicer tip. Same with Corsa’s Volant sister-brand....if i recall, the part numbers are the same, albeit a different first digit to represent the different marketing brands.
The reason i ask is because when i purchased my Corsa DB for my current truck i really liked it but there as just something in the tone that was missing. I bought
a res. delete pipe and it made all the difference. Im not sure if that is the same with the sport cat back or even if the newer gen trucks if its needed.

I don't personally like the tone of Corsas, but it's one of the very few which uses Helmholtz chambers, which eliminate drone. If you don't want any drone, then you might want to consider it.

Where exactly are people applying the spray?

As elptxjc mentioned, Corsas tend to have a unique and characteristic tone (of course, different engines are going to sound different, and especially across GM vs Chevy Vs Toyota vs Dodge, but Corsa’s still tend to have a characteristic note)

I mentioned it in my linked thread, but I’ve had the corsa exhaust on a 05 mustang 4.6L, a 13 mustang 5.0L, and my 15 F150 5.0L (in addition to some other vehicles in my family), and I’d say generally speaking, tone wise they more or less all had the same Tone. (Using the sport for all 3).

And, in there I did try the res delete as well (see the other thread).

The big appeal to me is lack of drone. For my driving and hearing sensitivity, lack of drone from the Corsa’s is a must

I had the Corsa DB on my last truck with res deleted and loved it. Im going to go with the Corsa sport this time hopefully with the black chrome tips but they seem to charge
more for that.

^ nice thing about Corsa is that the res delete is a separate item. Can start with the sport, and if you want more, add the res delete pipe.

Bought the Wurth, do you just spray on to rag and wipe front seal?

I spray it all around seal and roof (or seal vs seal between the 2 panels), about 2' at a time, then 'push it in' with a very thin cotton rag over an old credit card. But if you haven't done that before, first do it with a damp area of the rag, to avoid wasting Wurth. But you can also do it twice (or 3 times) with Wurth, using clean areas of the rag, since it doesn't take much. Then move on to the next section. Do the curves too; it takes a bit more force, but just don't do it too deep, which is easier. And yes, make sure to put a good coat all around the rubber the first time, which will necessitate cleaning the glass too. Hope this helps.
