So I went into the testing settings (you know the cool menu where you can change your theme) and clicked "enable GNSS sensor logging", "enable HIP logging" & "sky view message". Now I cannot unc
heck these things and my navigation will not open. When I'm in the home screen it just says "map loading" and it never loads. Tried master reset twice and still cannot uncheck these things and no maps.... am I screwed or does anyone know of a fix??
@Livnitup any ideas?? Also, I did the master reset several times and noticed that all of my radio presets were still there. Not sure the master reset is actually a master reset 🤔

Not sure, the only things I've changed in that area are testing out themes. Maybe try doing an APIM reset in FORScan and see if that works or possibly contact someone that could write the same or updated software to the APIM hoping it would reset the two things you changed back to the default values.

No data to back up either working, but worth a shot if you’re troubleshooting:
- Downgrade Sync a couple of times to downgrade both partitions (it has 2) and then upgrade back to the latest release.
- Remove the APIM from the truck/unhook all cables from it for ~10 minutes. Unhooking the battery should have the same affect, but it also only takes 10 minutes to get to the APIM, so it’s something easy to try.
That also appears to be an early build 18 with Sync 3.0. Upgrading to 3.4 using the method outlined on this forum will most certainly resolve the issue because it formats the entire thing.
So went to the dealer today for the cam phaser PCM update and had them check my navigation for a fix. Here is what they came up with......$200 for diagnostics....ok, I screwed the thing up so I pay the $200....they could not figure it out! It cost me $200 for them to tell me I have 2 options...pay $500 for a new shark fin antenna installed and painted to match truck. If that doesn't fix it, pay an additional $1000 for a new APIM installed. What really grinds my gears is that they couldn't even tell me the cause or a fix for $200!! They charged me $200 and thought I would fall for another $1500 possibly!! Unreal!!! Scam!!! Going to try the 3.4 update next....we'll see what happens.
