I have the Tech Pachage on my 2015 Lariet and love it. I had to take it in for the cooled seat issue the other day. I was walking the sales lot and was surprise none of the KR's and only 1 Platinum had it. Is it rare?

 

Tech pkg is part of the 601a and 701a

 

Must be rare! I never even heard of them.

 

You can get that stuff on other models too, its just grouped as a package on the top trim levels.....thats the way it appears on the brochure anyway

 

I had to choose between tech package and 2.7 on my Lariat. I chose the tech package. Won't know if it was worth it for a couple months. I'll be paying for tech a few $ every month in a few mpg loss. I don't need the 3.5. Would have been very happy with the 2.7... would have been perfect for me. But Ford said, no soup for me!

 

Supposed to be available for the 2016 Lariat with the 2.7L, 502A package.

What is? The tech package? Nope... Tech package is not available with 2.7.

2016 brought 2.7 with 502A, but not tech.

I got it,, I question the clarity of the cameras at times.. I'm still adjusting/getting used to it.. Like the lane assist, but wish the ALERT feature was more annoying... the vibration that's provided could be more prominate as I don't even notice it at times unless the steering wheeel is pulling me back into the lane.

 

Most dealers don't load up trims when they order trucks
