Default Sync system sucks

2019 stx, less than 1k miles.

The sync system has had to be rebooted EVERY TIME I turn the truck on. It freezes, doesn’t pick up media, won’t change screens, etc.

Its constant!

anybody have any ideas?

Ya! Its covered under warranty so take it into dealer and get it fixed!

Only the GMs and Rams are 100% problem free from new.

"prostate cancer is not uncommon in men over 60"

Out of the 900,000+ 2019 trucks that will be produced, how many would you estimate makes failing APIM's common? 1 in 100? (10,000+ failures) 1 in 10? (100,000+)

I think it's safe to say that APIM failure DO occur, but don't think we have a number of failures to be able to say that it's a COMMON occurence.

Maybe I'm old school but isn't it common knowledge that a manufacturer's warranty is the first place to seek remedy for complaints on a vehicle still covered by warranty?
Well I guess the first place would really be the owner's manual in case there were operator error.
When I bouught my truck the salesman introduced me to the service department even though I bought in Atlanta and live in Florida and the chances of me going to that specific dealer are as close to zero as possible.
When I saw the title of this thread I thought I'd get to read about the system as designed really sucking eggs and I could jump on the bandwagon with all the things I can't stand such as there being no mixer for audio volume from the various audio sources.
