I just picked up my truck today and so far I love it! Only thing I noticed is i do not have the controls for my headed and cooled seats on the screen. how do I get them to show up

Ahhh ... They won't show on builds later than march 12 or so... mine was built 3/12/15 and they are not there. They were removed because of some sort of glitch in the software.... You'll just need to use the buttons.


More importantly... do your cooled seats work in the lumbar area? (see Sticky)

 

Oh really. Well that kinda sucks! The heated wheel button is still there. I haven't tried them out yet. I'll give them a run tomorrow. Thanks for the answer!

 

I was looking for this too and my options aren't there either, mine was built on 5/18/15. Ah well.

 

Can I ask why you would rather the buttons on the screen, rather than the hard button on the dash?

 

just ease of use. right at eye level and I will probably have the screen on the home screen most of the time. Just thought it was supposed to be there and I was surprised to find they weren't.

 

I kinda agree ... I find it much easier to use the buttons on all of the environmental control. it is less distracting.

 

I prefer the hard buttons as well

 

Does it count to say I like the way it looks...
