SYNC freezing up

Our F150 is doing the same thing as well. Dealership has never been able to figure it out. Been like this for years.

I disconnected the negative battery cable for an hour or so while doing other things, reconnected, no problem since.

I was reading and saw that you say you have a solution for the freezing problem with sync. I’m a single woman with a 2018 F150 hundred thousand miles and no dealer money so if you have a solution I would love to freaking hear it before I bust the radio.😂😂

im gonna PM you. Would you please share what to do to fix this? I just bought this 2019 and the system is Doing all this silliness. Freezing glitching. Camera stays on after I go to drive or is black when it should be on the camera. Ac and radio freeze. Please. I’m willing to try to fix this somehow if you’ll please offer your input

ok, I guess I get it.
my dealer keeps wanting to bring my truck over and over to diagnose the issue. I have extended 3rd party warranty. I have all sorts of issues with radio, nav, black screen, locking up, lost nav histories, usb ports don’t work, keep getting update prompts every time I start the truck. On and on issues. Sorry for ranting. I just don’t have time to run my truck in all the time. All they did was a master reset which of course I can do easily and did nothing to fix it.
