Two things for the OP.
1) If you are in Canada, you should put that in your info and specify that in posts like this. Canada gives totally different answers for many things.
2) As to when it will be available, the answer is "sometime this summer". I will translate that for you (not because you are Canadian, but because you may not understand "Ford-speak"). It will be available when Ford makes it available. Yes, that doesn't give you a specific time period, but that is exactly what the answer is. When they release it, they release it. Sync 3 was months later than expected.
