An interesting phenomenon has come up today. Pandora won't play through usb connected phone. Sync does see the phone connected via usb but when I try to play Pandora this way it tries to connect and play pandora stations via usb but fails. After failure I can't play pandora on bluetooth until I unplug phone then it will play via bluetooth fine.
Thanks for the clarification. I'd like to get this concern escalated. Please send a private message with your VIN.

Thank you. Please try a system reset and monitor it for a few days: http://www.fordservicecontent.com/Fo...US_10_2015.pdf The instructions are on page 113.

So wanted to provide an update. Still not able to see Pandora or other approved apps on Sync3 w/ Ver 2.0 software. This is after updating iOS to 10.1.1 today.

Now the interesting part. I'm one of the lucky few that have purchased and received the updated USB module that supports Apple Car Play. I changed out the USB and Apple Car Play works great. Sees Pandora, Spotify and other apps. Can also change Pandora stations from Sync screen.

However when you go back to Ford Sync and try to show apps it doesn't see any of the aforementioned apps. Also tried disabling Apple Car Play (yes there's an option to do this) and plugged in iPhone but still can't see apps.

Scratching my head on this one but it seems Ford needs to create a patch for Sync v2.0 software to correct this.

I have a iPhone 6Plus and wondering if anyone is able to see apps with newer or older iPhones.

TIA..

Looks like my cell phone is too old to upgrade to android 5.0 or higher.
