I have an issue that I can’t seem to find any info on. I just upgraded to sync 3. All works fine except my AM/FM radio presets. When I try to save a station, I get confirmation, but no change on the preset tile. If I tap any other preset tiles, I get a beep, but no response. Anyone have any ideas ? Thanks !!!!!
The clock stops keeping time when the ignition is running. As soon as the vehicle returns to accessory power only the time corrects itself.
Battery disconnect & reset has no effect.
APIM reset has no effect.
Loading all stock as built data has no effect.
Sync 3 updates have no effect.
Checked all grounds and fuses.
Does anyone here know if there's a spot where I can short out points on the board to clear potential RTC faults? I'm hoping maybe there is a cap I can short out somewhere to resolve this issue.
* Update. This is apparently affecting others as well across all Ford vehicles. Primary those who've done a Sync 3 retrofit and updated to the latest Sync 3.0 version (build 19205).

Need some direction from someone with in-depth knowledge of the Sync install process. While updating to the latest map version something happened and I'm not sure what! Even though all files are installed correctly the following dialog shows, most times, I start my truck. I tried everything I can think of to clear the dialog. My question is does anyone know something that I can run to clear this dialog?

It's normal, the maps package update continues as a process in the background and takes at least an another hour with the truck running before it will finish (that's after unplugging the thumb drive).
If it's been a few days of driving and you're still getting the notification try a soft reset of the APIM.
