I put a Sync3 in my 2013 and its been great until today... black screen. It seems to be working as the radio, phone, etc are connecting, I just can't see anything on screen.

I've seen a lot of APIM/reset related things but wonder if it is just the screen that has gone bad? I've searched but haven't found anything definitive on that.
