Hey guys,

I got myself a 2016 F150 XLT with the 302a pack and picked up on Friday, today however there are issues with the Bluetooth connection and I'm unable to connect my iphone.

Looking at the settings, Bluetooth is turned off and will not turn on. The add new phone button is also greyed out and is unclickable.

What happened, and how do I fix?

Have you shut the vehicle off, opened the door, closed the door and turned the ignition on, then tried to connect?

Do you have Sync 3 version 1.0, 1.1, or 2.0?

 

Sync 3, v2

 

There aren't any SSMs or TSBs on this issue for that version of Sync 3. Really hasn't been out that long. I will keep my eyes open for any future updates

Congrats on the new F150! I suggest trying a system reset: http://www.fordservicecontent.com/Fo...US_10_2015.pdf The instructions are on page 113. If that doesn't work, a dealership visit is needed. Keep me in the loop.

Also delete the connection to the phone in your truck and the connection in your phone to the truck and repair. I've had my truck a month and this has happened once.
