Default Sync 2 version number

How can I find out what software version of Sync 2 I have loaded on my 2015 F150 XLT with MyFordTouch? I searched everywhere in the MFT settings and could not find it.

TIA

Have you tried pushing and holding the eject and fast forward buttons at the same time to open the screen?

First result in Google when you search “check sync MFT version number”.

https://owner.ford.com/support/how-t...t-version.html

and yes, I went through the steps and there is an article showing how to find the version number.

If you then responded with “??????????” I would of gone out to my truck and double checked that that would work.. I then would of seen that it didn’t... Then I would try pushing the gear looking button on the bottom of the display, which opened up a screen where there was a HELP button,, Then I would have pushed that and a screen with a information button would appear.. After pushing that one the information page would come up showing that I’m on 3.08..

I guess you didn't look too good. It's in there. You're welcome.
