I actually really like this idea and might have to steal it from you. I hate the Lariat grille and most aftermarket ones won't support the 360 camera. Perhaps swapping it out for a black platinum grille with a camera is the way to go.

It doesn't look like they have the 2015's yet, but this link might give you some idea of what is involved with a 2014 at least.

Removing the grille really isn't a big deal, neither is pulling the headlights on these trucks. Definitely more work than the Ram, but not outrageously so.
