my 2018 ford F 150 Lariat does not have Factory installed Sirius XM, can this be added by a simpe download or upgrade. its an export market F150

I don't know about your Lariat, but a few STX guys have done it and they had to replace the ACM.

I believe DarkHelmet is correct. You'll need a new ACM and then do a few forscan changes to the APIM.
