I'm talking about brake pressure. My tach goes to zero when the stop\start function kicks in.

It just seems that if I keep a light touch on the brake it won't immediately shut down whereas if I push the brake pedal strongly it seems to shut down more quickly. Maybe its fuzzy logic where the truck isn't sure I'm actually stopping or taking into account "stop and go" situations. Maybe its just my perception that it seems like it shuts down more quickly when I step on the brakes a little harder. .

There are also threads on here about wiring in a jumper behind the switch that essentially makes the button thinks it has been pushed from the moment you turn on the truck. The thread on here I am thinking of used a paper clip to jump between the wires, but I soldered a wire between the 2 wires. Cheap and easy as well.
