Default Spray in Liner

I just got my first truck yesterday and am looking at getting spray in bed liner.
Any recommendations between Line X and Xtreme liners? Both dealers say they are OEM and dealer most used. Both have lifetime warranty.

In Toronto area they cost $525 vs $505 - so price isn't a factor.

Any suggestions will help.

1) The OEM liners are sprayed in the factory using Ford employees, equipment, prep and chemicals. They aren't LineX or Xtreme. From what I saw, the Ford bedliner was thin(ish) and nicely done. But, there are YouTube videos out there that suggest Ford doesn't do the prep work that helps with adhesion.

2) In my area, if you ask the dealer to add a spray in liner to the truck, they will probably outsource the job to the local LineX dealer. The upside, the cost of liner gets rolled into the loan.

3) I have LineX on two beds including my new F150. They did a good job on the install and the liner seems thick. I went back to LineEx b/c I never had any issues with the old truck.

Both good. Will you ever move? Line x has more locations if you ever have warranty issue. For one truck i just used a rubber bed mat for the trucks life. Cheap and worked great
Bought $80. Sold it for $60 when i sold truck and bed was mint...

I went with xtreme. But, that is because that's the shop closest to me and for the 6.5 bed it was only $415 ish compared to line x which was $575 and 2 hours away. Had they been the same price and both local, I would have gone line x just for the fact you can get color match, uv protection ect and xtreme is just one option, at least here. With that said, my xtreme is just fine and it is very similar to the line x feel and texture. The local dealers all out source to the xtreme liner shop and have for years.

Mine has Line-X and I would recommend it. Like someone else said, it's thick and it was well trimmed/masked. I've had lots of stuff in the back from wood to scrap steel and it still looks like new.

Mine came with a spray in liner, its not a Ford liner, imo. As the ford liner has the Ford logo on the front of the bed. Mine has neither.

If I were to have it done, Id go with LineX.

I have the Rhino pro liner and it's great... dealer did it as part of my package price with an estimated value of $400 (price I paid).

I'm getting Line X tomorrow!

What am I supposed to do with my OEM drop in bedliner???

Also I have a bed cover, do you think I'll have to remove the clamps or do you guys think they can spray around it?

I'd remove the bed cover. The line x guys know what they are doing, they will remove your tow hooks and will spray over your rubber drain plugs. If you intend to do the drain tubes and intend to route to those rubber holes for your topper then you may want to pull those too. I didn't take out the plugs and they sprayed over my plugs. Some guys have put L adapters through a hole in those rubber drain plugs to make it easy to connect the drain tubes. I failed to do that and regret it. Now my topper just drains into the bed. Lol.

Video on the drain plug trick. Do this before you spray in the liner

The line x liners are solid. Ive shoveled dirt out of my truck with a metal shovel without damage. Opt for the uv protection. It keeps the shine. Ive had mine for three years and still looks new.

Throw the drop in bed liner in the garbage. They are terrible.

I will only use Line-x personally. Used rhino and Line-X on another truck. The line- x was the way to go after time. Just held up better over time!
